Coach Josh

I have been helping individuals reach their fitness goals for over 17 years.  My background stems from wrestling, boxing, and competitive bodybuilding.  I specialize in fat loss and lean muscle preservation.  My training style is a blend of resistance, plyometric, circuit, boxing, and endurance exercises.  Boredom is never an issue with the variety of exercises and programs that I design.  The following are just a few of my achievements:

I believe the core of fitness is strength training and a balanced diet as this brings shape to the body and maintains healthy fat levels. If you are interested in feeling, looking, and performing better then contact me so we can get you the results you’ve always wanted!

TRAINING & SERVICES

Personal Training

 In Person or Virtual

Customized one-on-one training in the gym or virtually with whatever equipment (or lack thereof) in your own home. We provide many types of training whether your goals are fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance/improvement, functionality, or competitive bodybuilding. Every workout will be different yet centered around your goals!

Electro Training

In Person Only

Customized one-on-one training in the gym with the Neubie by Neufit. The Neubie is an electrical stimulation therapy machine that provides a more intense training session in less than half the amount of time as a non-Neubie personal training session. Neubie sessions are used for targeted/lagging body part training, recovery, and pain management. This training is for those that want to take their fitness to the next level or those that are wanting to alleviate pain ASAP!

Group Training

Small Group In Person or Virtual

The small groups are typically in person with 2-3 clients and the workouts are tailored to the group members goals. The large group workouts are specifically targeted to metabolic conditioning – fat loss and muscle endurance. The large group workouts are live, instructor led, and uniquely designed each session; all you have to do is turn on your computer/phone, follow along, and enjoy getting ripped without ever leaving your own home!

Boxing

In Person Only

We teach boxing technique that would be good in the ring or on in self- defense. We go through offense, defense, footwork, agility drills, core work, and everything else that is fundamental to the sport of boxing. You will leave these sessions feeling empowered and able to throw a punch like never before!

Nutrition Coaching

In Person or Virtual

We provide nutrition coaching with the Body Type Diet program. We will determine your body type and create a nutrition plan for fat loss and/or muscle gain. We will provide supplement recommendations and tips to stick to your plan. Whether your goal is to lose over 100lbs or just the last 10lbs, we can definitely help you!
